OUR PROCESS We are partnered with some of the most reputable logging contractors in the Northeast and have maintained relationships with landowners to ensure the wood we process is harvested using Best Management Practices. We purchase the wood from loggers and process it down to size and moisture content using custom designed and built equipment. Perfectly Sized to Fit - Every Time We are serious about wood size. Since we actually use our own products and develop everything through trial and error, we know that 6" is too long. We ensure every piece measures exactly 5.25" long, the perfect length for all portable pizza ovens.
