I ordered the net for my tennis loving family as an alternative to tennis courts during the COVID19 pandemic. Setup was a breeze! Make sure to watch the Net World Sports YouTube video before setup and setup will go much smoother! Google it to find the video. I'm glad that I ordered the larger size as the smaller size would be too small for beginners who are not too accurate with ground strokes. I was concerned about storage because some reviews mentioned that it cannot be stored flat. Well you cannot store it flat completely assembled (duh!!) but if you unscrew the middle bar (easily done) it will lay almost flat. It is possible to rest it against the wall in my garage and hold it up with bungee ties and some hooks. It is a matter of figuring it out.I also want to mention the excellent customer service by Net World since they are both the manufacturer and seller. I was surprised at how quickly the net arrived as it was shipped from the UK. If you have an issue with your order, email them instead of calling as their phone service is down during the pandemic. I was missing some parts and they responded promptly.We are in avid tennis playing family stuck without courts during COVID 19. This rebounder works well (in fact I was just out and hit 50 groundstrokes in a row), but we aware of size. If you order the smaller version and can't elevate it a few feet, it is too low for tennis - we kept hitting it over the net. I moved it to sit on our yard about 2 feet above driveway and now it works well. Initially I was afraid I would have to send back. Seems sturdy. My teenagers are enjoying it too. 4 stars because it's hard to adjust the angle. I need my husband to put his full weight on it to pull the rod out to adjust.This product is exceptional. Grand kids all prefer to rebound wall because of flexibility from one sport (ball) to another. Very popular addition to sports court.This rebound net is great! I used it with my son in our Tennis practice. He has greatly improved his forehand and backhand as well as hand-eye coordination. It is the perfect size to practice staying within bounds and ball placement. I am a power hitter and the next bounces the Tennis ball very well. It is light and easy to carry around the yard. You can adjust the angle of attack which helps tailor it to different sports. It is very intuitive to put together and the instructions are simple enough.The rebound net came in quickly and Net World Sports fixed some issues with shipping promptly. The company is very responsive.We have had it for 1 month and it has been great so far. It doesn't rebound with a tremendous amount of speed - which is good. I believe we are all striking the ball with more velocity because of the rebounder. It is quite large so it can be cumbersome to move long distances.I’m writing this review based on the product itself, and assembly, not how it performs. First, this is not at all what was in the pictures online by Amazon. I bought this product based on the pictures, and anticipating flat storage on a garage wall; actual product is different and will not allow for that. Second, the directions are terrible. I have 16 bolts left over, and two other things that I have no idea how they’re used.My son loves this for extra practice in our driveway when he isn’t in a tennis lesson. Works great!Fit in 3 car garage for indoor practice. Used it with a small tennis ball machine for a nice at home indoor set up.The product is great ( I used to be a pro junior pro ) and the service is incredible. I got charged custom duty and I emailed Net World and Rebecca replied back immediately and rectified the situation and refunded the money. I had an issue with a couple of the pins breaking and the tension strings fraying. I brought it to their attention and Rebecca promptly replied and rectified the problem. I received the replacement free of charge and Laura followed through. Again the product is awesome and the customer service is prompt and incredible. I am positive that if any issues happen they will take care of it.I wish more companies would learn from Net Worlds service------------10 STARS !!!!!!!!!!Great product, my son loves it, but I was charged $48 duty to Canada in addition to the shipping charged at check out. I was not expecting this and should be stated that the product is not shipping from Canada.It was easy to assemble and works well - I am using it for touch tennis with foam ball and it works great. Don't need much space to use and variable angles are good. A bit fiddly when you change angles as it wants to torque but getting the knack. Worth the price.Product is awesome, great bouncing. We have it in the basement, though arm and legs are not stretched fully. Recommend for outdoor using.Are used it for practising all aspects of my tennis game and highly recommend this practice net.
