As you can see in the picture, you'll have to attach the 4 rubber "feet" (only 3 in the pic, my bad). Also notice in the picture that the mat isn't flat. Maybe over time this will flatten, but as of now, it doesn't look great - it just sits in the tray, wrinkled. The bamboo tray is good quality - I just wish they had put this all together instead of having a removable (loose) mat.
