I normally don't leave reviews, but ordering parts from The Suspension Specialist has been a nightmare. I installed the leveling kit and torqued new supplied Leaf Spring U-Bolts to 95 ft-lbs as shown in the instructions. The next day I went back under the truck to do some other work and noticed one of the u-bolts on the drive side snapped (luckily I hadn't even driven the truck yet). I sent their customer service a message through Amazon and they requested to see a picture. I sent a pic (see attached) and they said they would see about sending me a replacement u-bolt. It has been over a week and the latest message I got was they are still waiting to hear back from the warehouse manager. So my truck has been sitting on the driveway undriveable while they take their time waiting a few weeks to see if the warehouse manager wants to send out a u-bolt, while my vehicle is not driveable. Do yourself a favor and don't try to save a few bucks. Spend a few extra dollars to make sure you get a better quality product and better customer service. The money I saved I am now going to have to spend on better u-bolts.
