When i received the laser level there were issues with the batteries or the charger dont know which it took a minute to reach the seller but when i did they asked for a picture of what was going on when charging and i sent it and they promptly sent out 2 replacement batteries and a replacement charger. it took about a week to receive then made sure to charge both batteries, and this time the charger was not flashing different colors. i have used the level a few times since then and it works well, i have NOT yet tested the accuracy of the level but does seem square in all lines. the laser is bright indoors and in lower light conditions dont think you can get the same brightness in full noon sun which a laser marking card would be nice to have included but the other accessories are great and the hard shell case with padding and cut outs is nice for sure. Over all great product and great customer service.
