I purchased this band for my Garmin Instinct 2. I really liked how low-profile this strap was. There's no buckle it's made of a stretchy woven material. The concept is similar to the Solo Loop for the Apple Watch. On my 6" wrist, the small was very snug but surprisingly comfortable. There's no give, so definitely size up if you want it looser.I did not keep it though because the spring bars just did not work well with my Instinct 2. The pins on the bar are both smaller and shorter than the original spring bars, and so they'd move around inside the hole. This movement would sometimes cause the band to detach from the watch. I tried using the original bars, but because they are thicker, they do not fit in the plastic ends of the band.
