Work great and do lift my truck 2"! Here are some tips that will definitely help you though! To get the spring out, jack both wheels up and put some jack stands from the side rails of the frame, not from the diff or the rear axle! Then, take the wheels off both sides. Take the strut off (it works if you unbolt the bottom bolt and you take only the bottom of the strut off). Now that the bottom part of the strut is off the axle, take the little emergency bottle jack that your car comes with, and place it over a small piece of wood between one of the springs and the brake rotor (there's a little space where it fits). Jack it up and place the top of the jack on the little rubber thing that sits on the upper frame. As you jack up, that will drop that side of the axle until the spring is completely uncompressed and literally falls off. Then place the spacer between the spring mount and the spring, put it back (you might have to compress it with spring compressors just to get it to the oem size to fit it in), take the compressors off, un-jack the little bottle jack, lift it from the axle so you can put the oem strut back, and voila! It's really that easy, will probably take you 2 hours to do both sides if it's the first time you do something like this (like me).
