The product is just as described and the seller communicated well throughout purchase to post delivery of item.The pod is very heavy, so be sure to have someone help you when receiving the pod. The delivery driver and I were able to get it on my porch and a buddy helped me move it inside my home and assemble it.The door feels like a vault door, fans work great. Pod does muffle outdoor sound pretty well. I bought some led sconces for lighting as I found the white overhead led light a bit too bright for my liking. I also added a frosted film to the glass for extra privacy. This was the best looking office pod to me when doing my research and it also was the right size for my living room, not too big not too small. I was also happy that the seller offered affirm as a payment option. Glad I found this Pod and pulled the trigger on it.If you need a private place to work from home, get this and thank me later.
